Dr. Tim Phillips
Tim is associate pastor of Riverland Hills Baptist church. His primary area of ministry is pastoral care/counseling and senior adult ministries. He is a graduate of Stetson University with a BA in religion. He also holds a master of divinity degree and doctorof ministry degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Tim is a certified biblical counselor with the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors. Tim is married to Debbie and has two grown children--Dawn and Ryan. Tim's passion is to teach God's word, to disciple believers, and to encourage Christians to become passionate in sharing their faith with others. Tim loves to read, write, play his guitar and dulcimer. He visits the mountains every chance he gets and is an avid bluegrass fan.

Jay C. Wingard
Jay walked on this earth for over 20 years as a false convert being told he was saved because of a decision he had made. By God's grace, the Lord turned his heart of stone to flesh and opened his eyes to His glory and made him one of His own. Amazing grace that saved a sinner like me! Jay is married and loves to teach Bible and theology. He has a passion for reformed theology and the works of the Puritans for their focus on God's glory and sovereign grace. He maintains a blog called Soli Deo Gloria. He and his wife attend First Presbyterian Church.
